MMDA unified the visual look throughout the IMB headquarters with consistent colors and graphics. Shown here is the reception area and an exhibit honoring pioneer missionary Lottie Moon. The Moon exhibit features a 15' curved timeline shelf, a life size portrait of the missionary, her letters, personal items and documentary photos of her ministry.
IMB wanted an inspiring visual atmosphere at their missionary training campus. Clockwise: A plain hallway was brightened with color and 4’X6’ images of indigenous people of all generations. A large script mission statement was applied to a 95’ surface over the cafeteria. Flags of many nations were hung in the dining room with an identifying wall chart and indigenous costumes were pinned onto 4’X6’ panels around the room. A memorial for missionaries who had passed away while in service.
For many years grateful people had given the International Mission Board commemorative plaques to show gratitude for their work. Rather than store them in the archive building, we selected unique plaques from around the world for a one-of-a-kind display in the ILC administration building.
